Cancel or change your subscription

Use Manage Subscription on the subscription status screen to cancel Clastly Pro or change your plan.
Open subscription management
- Tap Settings at the bottom of the collection list.
- Open Clastly Pro.
- On the subscription status screen, tap Manage Subscription. Subscription management opens.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to cancel or change your plan.

What if I can't open subscription management from Clastly?
Open your Apple Account subscriptions in the Settings app on iPhone or iPad and find Clastly Pro.
When should I cancel to avoid being charged after the free trial?
The purchase screen says to cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial ends. Find the end date on the subscription status screen.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Change your plan in subscription management. Check that screen for available plans and when the change takes effect. Monthly and annual plans include the same features.
Can I still view records after my subscription ends?
You can view records in the collection’s default view.
