Clastly uses your iCloud to automatically sync collections, records, and attachments between your devices.
Understand what syncs and where data is stored
Do I need to register to start syncing?
You don’t need a separate email address or password for Clastly. Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple Account on your iPhone and iPad.
What syncs?
Collections, records, fields, view settings, and attached photos and files sync.
Attachments transfer separately from record information. A record may appear before its files finish downloading.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored on your iPhone or iPad and in your iCloud. It isn’t stored on the developer’s servers.
Do photos and files use iCloud storage?
Yes. Photos and files attached to records are stored in your iCloud and use your iCloud storage.
Work offline and manage sync and reminders
Can I use Clastly without an internet connection?
You can view, add, and edit content stored on your device while offline. It syncs when you connect to the internet. Downloading attachments that aren’t on your device requires a connection.
Does Clastly have a sync button?
Clastly’s settings don’t have a button to start regular sync or a switch to turn sync on or off. If records are missing, see Records don’t appear on another device.
Do date field reminders sync too?
Set reminders separately on each device. To receive reminders on another iPhone or iPad, set them up on that device too.
