If records added or edited on iPhone don't appear on iPad, or content differs between devices, check your Apple Account and internet connection.

Clastly syncs automatically through iCloud. Clastly won't sync if your devices use different Apple Accounts or aren't connected to the internet.

:::option{title="Check your Apple Account and connection"}
1. In the Settings app on both devices, make sure you're signed in to iCloud with the same Apple Account.
2. Connect both devices to the internet and open the destination collection in Clastly to look for the records.
:::

:::option{title="Make sure Clastly is enabled in iCloud"}
1. Open the Settings app on both devices and tap your Apple Account name.
2. Open :ui[iCloud] and make sure Clastly is enabled in the list of Apps Using iCloud.
:::

:::option{title="Check available iCloud storage"}
1. Tap your Apple Account name in Settings and open :ui[iCloud].
2. Check your available iCloud storage. If it's full, delete data you no longer need or change your iCloud plan.

Attached photos and files use iCloud storage.
:::

:::option{title="Check records and files separately"}
1. Check whether titles and field values appear.
2. If only attachments won't open, see [Photos or files won't open or download](https://www.clastly.com/support/sync/file-not-downloading.md).
:::

After adding or editing content offline, connect to the internet and look for the changes on another device.

If the problem continues, include your device models, OS and Clastly versions, missing changes, and the time you added or edited the content when contacting support.
